Momo Jord Underquilt

An underquilt isn’t just a hammock accessory—it’s what makes hammocking warm, cozy, and truly magical. The Momo Jord Underquilt is one of the best and most affordable underquilts available. Long enough for the tallest adventurers, wide enough for most hammocks, fluffy enough to block out the cold, and light enough to always bring along. Ditch your sleeping pad—this is the only underquilt you’ll ever need.

Picture this: You’re floating in your hammock, surrounded by forest whispers and stars above—and there’s not a hint of chill seeping in from below. This underquilt is your invisible embrace, wrapping you in warmth so you can soak in every moment of stillness and beauty. Naturally, it pairs perfectly with the Momo Jord—your setup for many memorable forest nights.

I’ve designed four models for every type of adventure. All with the same clever construction, same premium quality, and the same fluffy 850FP Responsible Down Standard (RDS) certified down—ethical, incredibly warm, and high performing. What varies is the amount of down—and the level of warmth it gives you.

Four Models for Your Freedom

• Featherlight 300g – Ultralight underquilt for summer use:
Comfort +5°C. Light as a feather, small as a secret. Ideal for warm nights when you want to move freely and pack light. Weighing under 600 g with a minimal pack size, it’s perfect for summer adventures. For those who prioritize weight—if you tend to get chilly, go for a warmer model.
• NEW! Lightweight Warmth 400g – The perfect balance between ultralight and warmth:
Comfort 0°C. Almost as small as the 300g, but with noticeably more warmth. About 700 g total weight. I think this is the optimal combo for summer hangers who want coverage from late spring to early autumn. Many customers pick this or the 500g — both are in good stock right now.
• Forest Peace 500g – Best choice from spring to fall:
Comfort −2°C (down to −5°C with a matching topquilt). Your trusted companion from early spring to late autumn. With 500 g of down and total weight around 800 g, this is the all-rounder. Reliable warmth, manageable weight—whether in mountains, by the coast, or in the forest. If you’re unsure, choose this one.
• Winter Rest 800g – For winter adventures or extra warmth:
Comfort −10°C. If you feel the cold, this is your quilt. With 800 g of down, it’s likely one of the most luxurious underquilts in the world. For winter hammocking and total comfort under a starry sky. I haven’t found another underquilt with this much loft—it’s in a league of its own.

Field-estimated, not lab EN-tested. We publish Comfort, not inflated „with-topquilt” system numbers. Unsure which one? Try our underquilt calculator.

Designed for Momo Jord—Loves All Hammocks

I designed these underquilts to fit perfectly with the Momo Jord, but they work with most hammocks: Dutchware Chameleon, Hennessy Hammock, DD Hammocks, and other gathered-end styles. Made with 10d ripstop nylon and measuring 208 x 142 cm, they’re lightweight, durable, and spacious—even for long legs.

Wieszanie bez wysiłku

Bez plątaniny, bez kłopotów. Elastyczne sznurki i dołączone karabińczyki ułatwiają konfigurację. Dodatkowe pętle zabezpieczają kołdrę, a sznurki ściągające idealnie dopasowują ją do ciała.

Once it’s adjusted, you can leave it on and pack it down in the Bishop Bag. Store it hanging or in the included large storage sack to keep the down fluffy.
