Which one should I take?
If you are mostly out in summer and want as little as possible on your back: the asym tarp. I have slept countless nights under one and never once managed to get wet.
If you want to sit out under the tarp while it rains, or there are more of you: the large tarp.
If you are out all year, or in windy open places where the rain comes sideways: the winter tarp. The end flaps are the difference between staying dry and staying dry when it blows too.
