How long is delivery?
Usually 1–4 business days once the parcel has shipped. We ship worldwide and get your order out as fast as we can.
How much is shipping?
Free EU shipping when you spend over €250. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and parcel size. Worldwide shipping available.
Which payment methods can I use?
Klarna (card, invoice, instalments) or card via Stripe. We never see your card numbers — payment goes straight to the provider.
How do I return or exchange?
You have 30 days to return. Print a return label through our returns portal — we share the cost. Drop us an email so we know the parcel is on its way. The item should be in resaleable, as-new condition for a full refund.
Which underquilt should I choose?
Our Momo Jord underquilt is built for Nordic conditions and covers most three-season needs — from early spring nights to late autumn evenings. For winter, pair it with a topquilt. Unsure? Email us and we'll help you pick the right one.
What's in a hammock kit?
The hammock kit is a complete bundle — hammock + straps + underquilt + tarp — everything you need to get started. You save versus buying the parts separately, and you can swap pieces to make the kit your own.
Can I hammock year-round?
Yes — with the right insulation. In summer a hammock + tarp is enough. Spring & autumn: add an underquilt. Winter needs more warmth from below (UQ800) and ideally a topquilt.
