Shipping, Payment & Privacy

We like to keep things simple:
We believe that honesty, communication, and mutual respect go a long way – and that life is too precious to be boring. 🙂

✓ We ship to all EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. ✓ Free shipping from €250.

✓ Orders are packed and shipped the same or the next working day. We ship with DSV. Delivery time is typically around 1 week from dispatch (depending on your country).

✓ Unclaimed packages carry a €50 handling fee, deducted from your refund. The fee reflects the shipping and handling cost of an unclaimed parcel.

✓ Payments are handled via Stripe (secure card payment). Your payment is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe – we never see or store your card details.

✓ You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to send it back. You arrange and pay return shipping and are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. Register your return at momojord.com/returns to get a return number and the address.

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. If it has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, the refund may be reduced to reflect any loss in value.

We refund after receiving the returned item, or after you provide proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first. For a statutory withdrawal we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery; any extra cost for a premium delivery option is not refunded.

Need to return something after 14 days? That’s usually no problem – just get in touch and we’ll work something out.
