Momo Jord Hammock Pocket

The idea to begin with was a pocket you could put your boots in and hang on the outside of the hammock. But I got the measurements wrong, or explained them badly to the maker, or it simply went wrong somewhere along the way. Either way, what arrived is a small pocket, about the size of an ordinary ridgeline pocket.

And for that it works very well. So perhaps it turned out right after all — just not quite what I had pictured.

So: a ridgeline pocket, which you can also hang from the hammock's D-rings if you would rather have it on the outside.

It is sewn in mosquito mesh, so you can see what is in it without digging, and damp and pine needles do not stay behind. Headlamp, phone, glasses — the things that otherwise end up under your back in the middle of the night.
